Escape Aether by L.M. Fry
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
The last member of the Trinity is now known, but will she join her sisters to fulfill their ultimate purpose or will she continue on her father's footsteps? With Julia wanting nothing more than hold her piece of the Trinity Key to unleash her dormant powers and take her place as one of Danu's daughters many challenges swing her way. Meanwhile, Valera also part of the Trinity, is shocked with the reality of being outside Aetherland Isle (Where she has been her whole life) and finds herself not wanting to go back home but venturing the world free of her family, will Valera be able to follow her own desire or will she forfeit the little freedom she got and go back home to Theo and her family?
Excellent sequel to "Into Aether" this book is a page turner and I just love how the story line becomes more interesting and dense by each chapter!
In this sequel there is a lot more "magic" and a lot of character development, I was really surprised by this as characters undertook more serious roles in the story, while this is good there is a downside which is leaving out some other characters (I was really hoping to see more of Vivi, I'll just have to wait to read the third book).
The story is awesomely good! The pacing is fast and a lot happened in the book but its easy to keep up and very entertaining, I loved the first book and this one is no exception!.
Note: I received a digital copy courtesy of the author, thank you!
Happy Reading!
